Structural investigation and condition surveying is our specialism. We adopt intrusive and non-intrusive methods to determine and record the condition or defect and establish the cause of the issue. The structural survey can also determine the manner in which something has been constructed in order that it may be extended or otherwise worked upon.
A neglected building or structure is a wasting asset and requires remedial work to restore and reclaim its potential. A structural survey can help pinpoint areas in need of attention.

Our surveyors supported by our in-house site technicians are able to offer rapid mobilisation and reporting to fulfil requirements for a variety of building projects. We undertake structural surveys to residential, commercial, retail and industrial sectors, holding appropriate CSCS, Sentinel, PASMA, IPAF, Confined Access and NRSW qualifications.
