It is important to consider the whole structure relevant to the defect in order to gauge the extent and place it in context. Buildings and structures differ considerably and no two are the same.

Structural investigation and condition surveying is our specialism. We adopt intrusive and non-intrusive methods to determine and record the condition or defect and establish the cause of the issue. The structural survey can also determine the manner in which something has been constructed in order that it may be extended or otherwise worked upon.

We undertake structural surveys to residential, commercial, retail and industrial sectors, holding appropriate CSCS, Sentinel, PASMA, IPAF, Confined Access and NRSW qualifications.
