PAS128 Utility

Constructive Evaluation offers experienced surveyors for underground utilities mapping according to PAS 128 standards. We can detect and map metal and plastic pipes, electricity cables, drainage systems, telecoms, traffic signalling, and fibre optic cables using various techniques, including:

• CAT scanning (Radio Frequency/Electromagnetic Location, or EML)
• Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) with multi-frequency (200 to 600 MHz) and multi-polarization antennas
• Visual inspection, cover lifting, sounding, and consulting statutory records

In addition to our topographic survey expertise, we create comprehensive models of above and below-ground details. Our applications include site-wide surveys or specific excavation clearance. All survey work adheres to best practices and PAS 128:2014 standards for underground utility detection, verification, and location.
