It is also important to determine the manner in which a building has been constructed in order that it may be extended or repaired and refurbished

From back detailing of residential dwellings & light commercial units to full scale Post Tensioned Specialist inspections (PTSI) of highways bridges, the term “Structural investigations” can refer to a whole multitude of works. Be that chemical attack testing, opening up works to determine structural form, visual & NDT (non-destructive testing) etc.

Established in Chichester, Constructive Evaluation are now based in Ford, near Arundel in West Sussex.
